Understanding your invoice

What each line on your Fusionhost invoice means, why there's no VAT, when invoices are issued and where to download them for your records.

2 minute readLast reviewed 16 October 2026

Every Fusionhost invoice lists what you’re paying for and the period it covers. You can see and download all of them in your client area, under Invoices.

What’s on an invoice

  • Invoice number and date: quote the number if you contact us about it.
  • Each service, such as your hosting plan or a domain, with the dates it covers.
  • Any credit applied, for example from an upgrade.
  • The total due and the date it’s due by.

Why isn’t there any VAT?

Fusionhost is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your invoices. The price you see is the price you pay.

When are invoices issued?

Renewal invoices are issued ahead of each service’s renewal date, so you have time to pay before anything is affected. You’ll get an email each time.

Need a copy for your accounts?

Open the invoice in your client area and download it as a PDF. If you need your company name or address shown differently, update your account details first, then ask us to reissue it.
