These terms govern your use of Fusionhost services. By ordering any service you agree to them.
- Services. We provide domain registration, web hosting, reseller hosting, cloud servers and related services as described on this website.
- Billing. Services are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fusionhost is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price — the price you see is the price you pay. Renewal prices match registration prices — no hidden increases.
- Money-back guarantee. New hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations are excluded, as registries do not refund them.
- Uptime. We target 99.9% uptime on all hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance on our status page.
- Cancellation. You may cancel any service from your client area. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fair use. Unlimited bandwidth is subject to fair use: it covers normal website traffic, not file distribution networks or abuse.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- What we collect. Account details (name, email, address, phone) needed to provide services, billing records, and support correspondence.
- Why we collect it. To provide and bill for your services, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. Ever.
- Domain registration. Registries require registrant details. Free WHOIS privacy keeps these out of public records on eligible extensions.
- Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via our contact page.
- Retention. We keep account and billing data only as long as necessary for service provision and legal compliance.
Cookie Policy
This website uses only essential cookies required for the client area to function (such as login sessions). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Acceptable Use Policy
To keep our platform fast and safe for everyone, the following are not permitted on Fusionhost services:
- Unlawful content or activity of any kind, including phishing, malware distribution and copyright infringement.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays.
- Activity that degrades service for other customers, including abusive resource consumption.
- Content that promotes hatred or violence.
Breaches may result in suspension or termination. We always attempt to contact customers before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect the platform or comply with the law.
