What’s covered
The hosting fees for new hosting plans, if you cancel within 30 days of your first order.
What isn’t covered
- Domain registrations and transfers, because registries charge for them as soon as they’re processed and don’t give refunds.
- Renewals of existing services, and services ordered more than 30 days ago.
How to ask for a refund
Raise a support ticket within 30 days of your order and tell us which service it’s for. It helps us to know why it wasn’t right, but you don’t have to tell us.
