Keeping your payment details current means your hosting and domains renew without interruption.
Pay an invoice or change how you pay
- Log in to your client area.
- Open Invoices and choose the invoice you want to pay. Unpaid invoices are shown first.
- Choose your payment method from the options shown on the invoice and follow the steps to pay.
- If you’ve stored a card on your account, you can update or remove it from your account’s billing or payment details page.
Card about to expire?
Update it before your next renewal date. If a renewal payment fails, we’ll email you, but services can be suspended if an invoice stays unpaid, so it’s worth doing early.
Your security
We will never ask for your full card number by email, phone or support ticket. If you receive a message claiming to be from Fusionhost asking for card details, don’t reply. Forward it to us instead.
