A website everyone can use
We want every visitor to be able to find a plan, read our guides and get help, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
Our standard
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we’ve done
- A “Skip to main content” link on every page, and a clear heading structure with one main heading per page.
- Menus, drop-downs, FAQ answers and the review carousel all work with a keyboard, and the Escape key closes open menus.
- Visible focus outlines, so you can always see where you are on the page.
- Colour combinations chosen for contrast, and no information given by colour alone.
- Every form field has a label, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- If you’ve set your device to reduce motion, the website turns off animations and smooth scrolling.
- Layouts adapt to small screens and to text zoomed to 200%, without scrolling sideways.
- No video or audio plays automatically.
- Fonts are served from our own website, so pages don’t rely on third-party font services.
Known limitations
- Client area and ordering. Ordering, billing and support tickets run on a separate system at core.fusionhost.co.uk. It isn’t covered by this statement and may not meet the same standard. If you have any difficulty using it, contact us and we’ll help you complete your order or request another way.
- Third-party content. The Green Web Foundation badge in our footer and external websites we link to, such as Trustpilot, are outside our control.
How we checked
This website was reviewed during its rebuild in October 2026 using automated checks of every page (structure, form labels, links and code validity) and a review of the code against WCAG 2.2 AA. We will review it again whenever we make significant changes.
