Your reseller plan has an overall allowance for storage and bandwidth, shared between all your customers. Keeping an eye on it means nobody runs out at a bad moment.
See your usage
- List Accounts in WHM shows every account, its package and the disk space it uses.
- View Bandwidth Usage shows how much data each account has used this month.
- Your overall usage against your reseller limits is shown in WHM and on your service in the client area.
When a customer needs more
Move them to a bigger package: in WHM, search for Upgrade/Downgrade an Account, choose the account and the new package. Their website isn’t affected.
When you need more
If your customers are approaching your reseller plan’s limits, upgrade your reseller plan. It takes effect without moving any accounts.
