Moving a whole reseller business can feel daunting, so we do it for you, free of charge. Your customers’ websites, email and databases are copied across with no downtime.
What we need
- A list of the accounts you’d like to move.
- Either access to your current WHM, or a full cPanel backup of each account (your current host can usually provide these).
- Which packages on Fusionhost each account should use. If you haven’t created them yet, see creating your first package.
How it works
- Raise a support ticket with the details above.
- We copy each account to Fusionhost and check it works, while your customers keep using the old server.
- We tell you when everything is ready. You then point your nameservers (or your customers’ domains) at Fusionhost.
- Once the change has gone through, usually within 48 hours, you can close your old reseller account.
