Webmail lets you use your email from any browser, without setting up an app. It’s handy when you’re away from your own computer, or for checking whether a problem is with your email app or the account itself.
Log in
- Go to yourdomain.co.uk/webmail (use your own domain).
- Enter your full email address and that account’s password.
- The first time, you may be asked to choose a webmail program. Roundcube is a good choice for most people.
You can also open webmail from cPanel: go to Email Accounts and click Check Email next to the address.
Using a shared or public computer?
Always click Log out when you’ve finished, and don’t let the browser save your password. On public Wi-Fi, a VPN such as SilentSurf adds another layer of protection.
